as day begins i hear the familiar screaming of my bitter family !!! my heart says  i cannot take this any longer!!!!!!!! somehow this family needs to get through  ,,,,,,,,,,,     this day without  ripping each other down !!! 

as I start the day, the negative energy is bringing me down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  these days we need something that we can call our refuge!! we need  to hide our harts from being battered,so that our harts won't become stone .
